I am Erina, a native Japanese teacher regularly tutoring adult learners and teenagers via online Skype lessons. My home town is Tokyo, where I was teaching Japanese. I’ve been teaching Japanese for 6 years for beginners and lower intermediate (JLPT N5 to N4). I can also offer conversation practice for upper intermediate to advance levels. I’m very patient and enthusiastic teacher who tailors each lesson for the individual depending on the students interests and goals.

Practice An Easy Conversation In Japanese

My lessons are focus on more towards speaking and listening. Each lesson I would ask you how was your weekend? What do you think about something? Repeating common questions like this will make you confident to talk in Japanese more.

JLPT N5 And N4 Preparation

JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) is the first step to check your Japanese skills. To be able to pass the N5 exam which is easiest, it usually takes 350 to 600 hours of study needed for no prior kanji knowledge. If you need some help for JLPT exams, I’m here for you.

Travel Japanese

While there is an increasing amount of English signage in Japan, it’s still quite uncommon to meet someone who speaks the language in a hotel or restaurant. In my lesson we’ll cover how to ask how to get to popular sights and order food in an authentic Japanese restaurant. If you know little bit of Japanese before your travel, you would enjoy more!

Preparation For Working Holiday In Japan

Before going to Japan using a working holiday visa, you need at least basic Japanese so that you are able to work to maintain your living cost in Japan. If you have good Japanese beforehand, it would be much easier to get a job and travel in Japan.
